•by the second meeting we will have gone though the database in greater detail
•meetings every 8 weeks
•prioritizing occurs by the end of the third meeting
•fourth meeting continues the working groups, pushing the near term synergies.  One of our jobs is to make sure that there are not any stragglers out there.
•Synergy ID process also begins to identify barriers, at subsequent meetings we are working on overcoming the barriers.
•By month 10 we have developed initial action plans.  Goal is to have all companies part of an action plan by the end of the first year.
•Most will take into the second or third year to put into place.
